InnoWebinar: Artificial intelligence and copyright
Who owns the copyright if the work is made using artificial intelligence?
Today, there are many programs based on artificial intelligence that have come into general use. They can be used to produce text and images for e.g. funding applications, articles and teaching materials.
Text and images receive copyright protection. But who owns the copyright if the work is made using artificial intelligence? Can I use artificial intelligence applications to my advantage in scientific articles if the publisher requires clarification of the copyright owner?
Come to the InnoWebinar to hear where we are going in the "artificial intelligence and copyright" discussion. You get up-to-date information.
The speaker is Suvi Julin, who works at Berggren Oy as a lawyer, patent attorney, and EU trademark and design rights attorney.
