Anna Pesonen streamlines contract creation and findability at the Innovation Centre
The Innovation Centre team is excited to welcome a new talent!
Anna Pesonen has joined us to streamline the contract signing process and ensure smooth integration into the document management system. Since starting in September, Anna has hit the ground running. What excites her most is making contracts easier to find and facilitating their creation, all while collaborating with a range of partners.
“I was drawn to the Innovation Centre because it offers a unique perspective on the university ecosystem, groundbreaking inventions, and company partnerships! I’m also keen to expand my skills in contract management. I split my time between the Innovation Centre and the Registry office and Central archive unit, so my work here perfectly complements that role as well”, Anna shares.
Anna holds a Master’s degree in History from the University of Oulu, with minors in document management, archival science, administrative and leadership studies, computer science, and information studies. She’s previously interned at the university’s Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, the Regional State Administrative Agency, the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, and the City of Oulu.
With her diverse experience, Anna has been able to refine her strengths and shape her future goals.
“I love learning new things and improving workflows. In the future, I want to dive deeper into information management, especially in developing digital archives and case management systems.”
Outside of work, Anna enjoys music and spending time in nature. In fact, her favorite innovation stems from her love of the outdoors: “As the autumn nights grow darker, I’d have to say my favorite invention is the reflector,” Anna says.
Welcome aboard, Anna! We're thrilled to have you on the team!
